• $500 deposit (refundable if no damage caused or excessive cleaning required)

13-19 People*

• Standard house rental fees**
• $2,750 to cover event fee, general wear and tear and excess trash and recycling removal
• $500 deposit (refundable if no damage caused or excessive cleaning required)
• No more than 12 vehicles on the property at any one time (includes any catering vehicles and vehicle for on-site event coordinator)

20-35 People*

• Standard house rental fees**
• $4,750 to cover event fee, potential on-site event coordinator, general wear and tear and excess trash and recycling removal
• $750 deposit (refundable if no damage caused or excessive cleaning required)
• No more than 15 vehicles on the property at any one time (includes any catering vehicles and vehicle for on-site event coordinator)

* No more than 12 people are permitted to stay overnight under any scenario. 
**If you are only interested in an event and not spending the night, any lost rental revenue from those nights will also be required.
